i want to lift my caprice but lifting kits are expensive and im wondering if its possible to get bigger springs and shocks in able to clear 24's.

those heavy duty springs will do the job i think the shocks will stop it from bouncing and 25-30 series tires will help also youll have to do some cutting with 35 series tires.

do you know where i can get heavy duty springs? i tried sears auto and another auto place and they keep recommending that i get a lift? and my shocks are also blown out unfortunately.

Shocks have nothing to do with ride height...

Get some skinnies and slap them on there with no lift

are these "heavy duty" springs aka coil springs?
