o i was talking about notching the rear part of the frame so you can tuck a wider tire(drag racing, staggered wheels, etc.)

rear frame notch is just what it sounds, Cut out a section of the frame and re weld in new material recessed back into the frame.
on g-body's the rear frame (right roun the rear of the door & the front of the rear quarter on the frame) is where the shit really gets in the way of ya tires/rims/slicks whateva ya putting up under it.
Soooooooooooo if goes something like this & this would apply to all g-body's (monte, regal, cutty,bu,GP's all of em)
reggie g-body frame

make ya cuts on the area thats getting cut out/in ya fucking way

just behind the factory seem/line are, you'll see it if ya look on ya frame

pull the shit off, big ass hole, grind ya edges down/smooth them out

Make ya a template outta some paper or cardboard whateva, an weld that shit back up (not in the same spot pushed backinto the frame some)

then you'll box up ya lil holes that you have open on the ends

clean all ya welds and shit up, paint/coat it or whatever you wanna do to prevent early rust

And thats it!
BUT
Alot of dumbasses would stop there and call it a day, but man G-bodys frame are already flimsy from Jump, so for piece of mind IMO rather you got a "motor" in ya shit or just some cruise shit, always good business to weld ya in some kind of cross member thats gonna run from one side of the frame to the next, pref. in the middle of each notched side for added strength to ya frame & less'n worries IMO again

shit runs from one side to the other, there places that sell fab'd up ones alreay to cut down on having to make some bullshit yaself
also good business to weld up some control arm braces/supports too running motor or not (IMO again, better safe than sorry)

and thats bout it!
