dude broke his key.locksmith installed new ign switch and didnt plug the lil orange wire with the 2 lil white wires up.dude shit all fucked up under column so i hooked up a push button but car dies after 6 secs.is there anyway to bypass this?

You got to get the vats (security system) deactivated. A dealer can do it for you.

You can probably just take out the ecu and bring it to a dealership

if u got the old key just tape it to the orange wires it'll start one wire on each side

Either do what screwdriver said or get a multimeter and measure the resistance of the resistor in the key. Then buy that value at radioshack and solder it in to fool the vats system. I think I got a pdf that explains it, i'll look.
