Jus got out tha gym. I'm startin 2 b able 2 handle tha treadmill a whole lot better. Shit I did 3 miles in unda an hour. Hit a couple weights and even got some bitch number. LAfitness ftmfw!!!!!

Im still at it... I am tryin to bulk right now... work out 3-4 times a week...3 protein shakes a day (whey), a lot of chicken, fat free cottege cheese, eggs, sausage, a few carb meals (baked potatoes, homemade protein bars, etc). I was 208 ,went to 202, but Im prolly about to go up a little bit with my increased eating. Check this protein bar out if anyone is interested.. and what kinda numbers yall putting up in the weight room? Bench, squat, deadlifts? I am a weak ass right now..only squattin 220 and deadlift 200. But its steadily growin..also taking NO Xplode and about to start Cell-Tech Creatine

You can cut out sodas and sweet drinks and drink mostly water and the pounds will SHED off if you are at least somewhat active... I know from experience. Even 1 sweet soda drink a day can prevent you from losing weight. I tried it...

Im still at it... yea i know but i dont see how. it wasnt hard to quit and i havent had 1 in 3 weeks. people are just weak minded. the only bad part about it is now i get mad quick as hell, cigs used to keep me from snapping.

Your best bet to getting in the right path is doin a lot of internet research..what I have been doing..cut all coke/sodas/pops/wtf ever you call em out.. drink water water water, protein, do some cardio and start hitting the gym!

Ya know ive picked up some weight over the last couple yrs and shit this is the most I ever weighed (230-235) shit don't phase me though i still can do all the shit i use to aint had no shortness of breath and it aint stopped me form pullin reds/yellas. The only reason i am bout to start workin out though is because in 25 and i aint gettin no damn younger and diabetes/highblood pressure runs in my fam so i gotta get my shit togetha because if i dont .....shit can get uglier than vont, So off rip im gon go all water nuttin else...that shit there alone will make weight fall off....im also cuttin out th fast food/fried foods....i really aint for the gym or no shit like that so im just gon start playin basketball again a few times a weeks and do some cardio....just tryin to drop back down to bout 190-200 shouldnt be to hard in a few months i'll be there,

Man I went 2 tha store last night and found out it cost 2 eat healthy. I guess that's y every1 eats qwik as junkfood. But I got bunch of fruits(no lex) and vegetables. And lots of shit that mainly had protein, fiber, even some fat free. I'm gonna also stop drinkin 2 liters, I use 2 buy 3 a wk and jus go ham on em. But I didn't buy any this wk. Gonna go a whole month w/out them or fastfood like yall been sayin.
