you have a certain amount of time to file a dispute with paypal, alot of people don't know, they be trying to work things out with the seller etc... and past the file date, bigboi actually still does lift cars, i talked to a dude who had his charger done by bigboi to fit 28s this month..... like i said you seem cool like you was on here to help people, but all the rest of them played that same roll ya dig, so can't really tell the real from the fake thru a computer until it's too late ya dig..... but i hope yall work out your issues, and as a i seller i know shit can be a bitch on both sides cause i know i have had some dumb shit happen to me selling shit to people, now i don't even do far away transactions if i can't meet you in person to sell or buy it, i'm like fuck it now days, to many people hurting and hungry to get over on ya

Man....I didn't know that they can just freeze your money like that though....? When I first came here, I was hearing alot about this bigboi cat that got over on people......SMH... shit like that makes it hard for honest working people. I don't get down like that.....there are some board members here that ordered from me and already received their products and some other orders have been sent, and other orders are being fabricate as we speak, set to ship next week!

I'm here to help people and make a living if I can...I don't have time to play with people and their money....

I'm just glad that 90BoxChevy408 cleared that mess up because yall was about to start going hard and try clown. Shit happens from time to time, but I don't run away and duck people.....I MAN up when I make a mistake (if I made the mistake) and I promptly rectify the situation!

Also, I haven't been on the board alot lately because I finally just finished up that damn Impala that I was working on. I was done with it some weeks ago, but the damn dude brought it back to me to lower it some because it was too high for him.................even though I told his ass that a TRUE 17" is really HIGH!

I had to literally fabricate everything again from scratch.......Drop Cradle, drop brackets, drop steering and all.... SMH

Better believe I charged him again for wasting my time like that!

That's exactly why I always tell people to be exactly sure of what they want, so I have to only do the work one time!

@ Buickryder

I'm surprised you would even start a bullshit thread like the one you did on some he say/she say bullshit, especially not even knowing all of the facts!

You seemed like you were a standup dude too.......just goes to show that I guess you can't think everybody on the board is cool!

You didn't even know all of the facts before starting a bullshit thread to make me look bad....and it turns out to be all wrong........what type of shit is that man?

No disrespect, but gossiping and spreading the word is what females do, not MEN!

I will take care of yall on your next order and throw a discount your way or include something for free...... You two know you are....appreciate it to the FULLEST!

UPDATE

Just received a call from 90BOXCHEVY408 about 10 minutes ago and he confirmed with me that today he DID receive one of the boxes that was sent. I am checking on the other box for him today and if the post office has no further information for me, I will be personally sending out a replacement for his lower arms, even though I still have money (product) floating around out there!

If I was on some bigboi type scam shit.....would I volunteer to send a replacement set, even though I still have product out there that has yet to be accounted for....?

I always try to take care of my customers, especially when things happen. After speaking with JR (90BOXCHEVY408) he agreed to send the set back to me if in fact he does receive both sets and my replacement! GOOD BUSINESS on this end....!

Much love to the people that didn't automatically judge and think I was scamming......to all of the others....GROW UP!

That's what's wrong with people nowadays....quick to judge and make ASSumptions (and make bullshit threads bad-mouthing people) without knowing all of the facts!

For anybody that needs to reach me or have questions, you guys all know you can call me if you talked to me or texted me before.

PEACE....got to get back to working on this Big Lift kit for a new customer!

Sounds like your business is going thru some growin pains…staffing issues, accountability issues, logistical stuff, etc. By what you been sayin; sounds like you gotta lotta administrative stuff on your plate; plus you working that wrench too. I dunno anybody who ain’t been burnt before. Self included. From reading these threads it seems almost like it’s a common occurrence as far as the “lift kit” business goes. So with that said; I guess a little consumer skepticism is to be expected. Personally I’m not one to jump to unfounded conclusions either; so it’s been nice to read how you’ve made the effort to clarify your business position. I can appreciate that…I’m sure you’ll agree good customer service to existing & potential customers is a “must have” And being able to respond quickly to concerns & problems without missing a beat is an added value and speaks to the integrity you’re trying to promote. You know, like Toyoda and their brake problems. When they finally got on top of it…they got on top of it! Feel me? And they didn’t spend any time bad mouthin Nissan or GM or Ford…they just kept it movin. You feel me? If you continue to do that then BigBoi or any other of your competitors would probably makeup less and less of your conversation. I mean, most times “haters” they don’t put the real work in; they just sit around scheming & hatin’ while not doin what they should or could be doin to improve their own shit.

Anyway, spring is here, summer is comin and my ride is gonna get a lift or it’s gonna get sold. I’m waitin to see how your situation pans out ‘cause it might or might not be related to mine. I’m one of those “potential customers” who don’t have your numbers so consider this a “reach out”… and yeah, when doin bizNess, I gotta have the numbers, feel me? If you legit like you say you are I hope your business works out for the better. Hope you get them admin issues worked out too…including the website. You hiring? We probably need to talk offline ...GoodShytRighttt

who trace????

that nigga aint been on here in a min lol

Trace didn't sell lift kits on the board. He lifted cars that were brought to him. Bigboi did the same thing, and then he started trying to sell his lifts online. He was a one man lift business, and he got swamped with work and had to start outsourcing to other people who were dropping the ball.

@GSRighttt

Man, you hit the nail dead on the head! I pretty much have been doing it all by myself through the years and I do the actual fabrication of parts and installations as well. I have a crew that I let help me from time to time, but honestly (no disrespect to my boys) sometimes they are more in my way than helping. When I am fabricating and lifting cars, 90% of the time I'd rather just do it myself because most people don't know how to think their way through issues and use common sense!

I'm glad that there are a few board members here who did not immediately jump to conclusions when that post hit. I literally had a couple of board members that ordered from me before and was happy with my service and product call my phone to inform me of this.

I had to immediately login to see what was being said! Shouts out to the members who did not jump to unfounded conclusions. Not sure what prompted Buickryder to make that flaw post that he made trying to bad mouth me...... that was a True Flaw move! I also received some messages and calls from other board members as well. Anyway, moving past that!

I always try to provide good customer service to everybody....not just potential customers. All of my past, current, and potential customers ALL know how to reach me AND have my PERSONAL numbers to reach me if they ever have an issue, question, or simply want to pick my brain about lift methods and heights.....rather it be a text or call, I can always be reached.

I like to keep it moving and stay in my own lane and I will never bad-mouth another company or person, especially if I do not know them. I was in no way bashing whomever Bigboi is....I was simply getting tired of people saying that I was on his level scheming folks and all. This is the internet and when doing business online, you have no idea who is at the other end of the computer, but I honestly don't get down like that! The only thing that will me keep around this ECR forum and remain relevant is the trust from all of my customers...THE BOARD MEMBERS! Without the approval and trust of you guys, I'm sure I wouldn't be selling a damn thing on here....and that is why I value my reputation so highly! The way I see it, the more happy customers (ECR Board Members) I have, the more I can potentially sell to their friends and family and such as well....WORD OF MOUTH about good products, good service, and good prices go a long way! Especially when I'm up against BIG Companies like UCL!

Spring is here and everybody is gearing up for the Summer and getting their whips right. I have literally been swamped with calls and custom orders for customers, but I will always stay on top of business, even if I have to get my hands dirty and do all the physical work and administrative duties myself! It's all a matter of balancing projects and my time with my crew and making sure I meet the deadlines that I set for myself!

I'm glad that you reached out to me and can see that I like to try and always handle business the proper way. I will definitely be getting up with you soon. Check your PM as well, as I will send you my contact info if you ever want to talk or simply pick my brain about what lift method is best for your vehicle. Nice to see someone post something so well thought out and real! Look forward to getting up with you soon!

Update

Spoke with 90BOXCHEVY408 again today via text message and informed him his replacement had been shipped today. I appreciate that he is honest enough to give me his word that if he receives both sets, that he will send one of them back to me.

For all of you non-believers that thought I was trying to get over on people......... how many people do you know would ship a REPLACEMENT set out their customer even when they still have product (money) floating around that's not accounted for?

Just like you guys take a risk when you order from someone online, as a seller I also take a risk when shipping as well, we have to be able to trust one another in order to have a successful transaction!

In any event, I informed JR that I will posting his tracking information on the forum as well so folks can see that I am an honest person and always try to take care of my customers!

Replacement shipped this morning, my driver dropped off the package directly at the post office:

USPS Tracking Number:
420 29209 9104 9690 0701 0032 0938 89

Shipped today (4-2-2011) with Priority Mail service, expected arrival date is Tuesday/Wednesday I believe.

In order to promote better customer service and to provide increased consumer confidence in regards to their online purchases here through the forum, I think I might start updating and posting the tracking information on all of my future transactions. Especially so we can avoid situations that prompted this whole mix up and mis-communication to begin with!

What do you guys think.....good or bad....yes or no?
Your thoughts and feedback are appreciated!

I ordered a KIT from Custom carlifts back on Dec 18 2010 while I was deployed in Iraq. When i ordered we discussed that the product was to be sent to Alaska where i live. After returning in April 11, nothing. I was provided 3 different tracking numbers with multiple excuses, from someone stealing products, to the company firing people, to the shipment being lost in the mail. Hense it is almost OCT 2011 and still haven't recieved anything. No return of my phone call, emails or anything. I tried giving the company the benefit of the doubt but a year later folks. I'm out 1100 plus and no lift kit for my charger. Just a warning anyone interested in buying from that company.......if you need the full details hit me up on here and I can give you the in depth problems i've had with Customcarliftz

Man, it feels good to be back out and back in the streets doing what I do.

I heard about a lot of stuff while I was gone, some of it rightfully so, but I am here to clear up lies, bullshit, and to take care of the people that trusted me. I will NEVER purposefully play or fuck anybody over!

I sold about 20 kits to people here on the board and most got their stuff, a few didnt receive their stuff and that is my fault for getting caught up in some personal stuff that had me gone for a minute. Anyhow, I'm back now and need to address some things and catch up with a few people.

I owe some money to a few members of the board and already contacted 2 of them since I been back out. If "Hump" from Alaska and "Cleotis" from Louisiana is still around, please send me a message with yall numbers so I can get yall squared away on the money that I owe yall.

Hump, I do not have your number in this temporary phone that I have, so drop me a message and I can talk to you and get you squared away with parts or all of your money back.

Cleotis, the 2 numbers that I found for you are disconnected, as I tried to call you. Slide me a message and I will get you taken care of as soon as possible.

Man, been a minute and I been through some shit, but I am here to take care of some money issues that I caused with yall whips and waiting and missing car shows and stuff. MY SINCEREST APOLOGIES! Some of you had my back on the board for a minute and I appreciate that.

I'm back out now and getting right into doing lifts again locally and in the bay, I got 4 MAJOR lifts lined up right now and if all goes right, I will get that bread back to yall ASAP within the next month or so.

For those that don't know, I was literally traveling back and forth from Cali to the east coast and to the down south to do whips for some board members. Man....never again!

The smart people know that if I was really trying to purposefully fuck people over, I would not have been taking the risk of going to states to steal from people (could have easily got did in if I was jacking people for money on purpose). You live and you learn, shit happens....but I'm back and getting back on my overtime grind to get cats they money back.

I said if before, I will not play people and am here to stay on the board, even when shit happens, just glad that I'm back out, so I can get back on my lift game and make some things right.

That's as real as it can get, hit me up. Also, I will have a permanent phone by next week and I will be posting my number on the board so yall can have a direct line to reach me.
